If the item is damaged in any way upon delivery, you may either receive a full refund of your purchase or a replacement of the item with a new one.

The designs on all the glassware are waterproof, but not scrub or scratchproof.  Preferable cleaning is in the dishwasher.  If you must clean by hand, DO NOT wear any rings, as they have the ability to scratch the design off of the glassware.
